No tracking of customer behaviour
We avoid tracking scripts. When we measure anything, it's how our software performs — not what you do.
Users and admins kept apart
Where software needs admin oversight, admins live in their own tables with their own sign-in.
No guessable IDs in your address bar
Numeric IDs stay inside the database. Public links use UUIDs, and readable slugs only where they're needed.
Encrypted where it matters
Personal details, secrets and tokens are encrypted or hashed at rest — never stored in plain text.
Every sensitive action leaves a trail
Revealing personal data takes a reason and is logged first — and logs never hold the data itself.
