GraceSoft Capture v2 Is Live

Today I’m launching GraceSoft Capture v2. 🎉

GraceSoft Capture is a form builder for small businesses that want to collect enquiries, sign-ups and feedback without handing their visitors’ data to an ad network, or wrestling with a tool built for enterprise teams.

Why I built it

Most form tools fall into one of two camps. The free ones often make their money from tracking, upsells or your data. The serious ones are priced and designed for companies with an IT department.

Small businesses in Singapore sit in the gap. They still have PDPA obligations. They still get spam. They still need to reply to customers quickly. Capture is my answer to that gap.

What’s in v2

Building forms

• A guided onboarding flow that gets your first form live quickly
• Field limits, so you only collect what you need
• Basic conditional logic, so questions only appear when they’re relevant
• Hidden fields and prefilled links, for passing context into a form
• Embed anywhere with an iframe

Handling responses

• Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile, so your customers don’t have to solve puzzles to prove they’re human
• Email notifications when someone submits
• A message manager with private notes, and replies that go out as properly branded emails
• CSV export and webhooks, so your data goes where you need it

Understanding what works

• Campaign tracking, so you can see which link brought someone to your form, without third-party tracking scripts

Plans that make sense

• A free tier to get started, and Premium for growing businesses
• Monthly or yearly billing
• Plain-language help throughout, because you shouldn’t need a developer to understand your own form tool

What “privacy-first” means here

It means collecting less by default. It means a published Data Processing Agreement and a clear list of every sub-processor Capture relies on. It means a hardened Content Security Policy, patched dependencies, and a test setup that never touches real keys or real customer data.

As GraceSoft’s registered Data Protection Officer, I built Capture the way I’d want a vendor to treat my own business’s data.
