Know Where Your Enquiries Come From

Davina LeongOctober 20, 20261 min read

You post on Instagram. You hand out flyers. You send a newsletter. Enquiries come in.

But which of those actually brought the enquiry in?

For most small businesses, the honest answer is “no idea”. The usual fix is a marketing tracking script that quietly follows your visitors around the web. GraceSoft Capture takes a different approach: put the context in the link itself.

A prefilled link opens your form with some answers already filled in.

A tuition centre shares a link for its Primary 5 maths class, and the form opens with “Primary 5 Maths” already selected. Fewer steps, fewer drop-offs, fewer wrong selections.

Hidden fields

Hidden fields carry information along with a submission without showing it on the form.

A clinic embeds the same enquiry form on three branch pages. A hidden field records which page it came from, so the right front desk gets it, without asking the patient to pick from a dropdown.

Campaign tracking

Campaign tracking records which campaign link brought someone to your form, using standard campaign tags in the link.

A bakery uses one link in its Instagram bio, another as a QR code on a printed flyer, and another in its newsletter. A month later, it can see which one actually brought in the orders, and adjust accordingly.

The privacy-friendly way

All three features work with information you put into the link. Capture doesn’t follow your visitors to other websites, build a profile of them, or load third-party ad scripts on your form.

You find out what’s working, and your customers keep their privacy. You don’t have to choose. 🙂
